Job Description: Cricket Podcast Host

Department: Media Production

Reporting Structure: Reports to Podcast Producer

Introduction:

Are you passionate about cricket and love to talk about the latest matches, players, and trends in the sport? Ozsports Radio is seeking a dynamic and engaging Cricket Podcast Host to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and insights with our audience of cricket enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

• Host and produce regular cricket podcast episodes
• Research and analyze cricket matches, players, and news for podcast content
• Interview guests, experts, and players for podcast episodes
• Engage with listeners through social media and other platforms
• Collaborate with the Podcast Producer to develop episode ideas and formats
• Attend cricket matches, events, and press conferences as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for cricket and in-depth knowledge of the sport
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in hosting podcasts or live broadcasts
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
